Do you offer packages or custom pricing options?
Yes, I offer both packages and custom pricing options to meet the needs and budget of each client. My packages typically include a set number of hours of coverage, a specific number of edited images, and additional services such as albums or prints.
For clients who have specific requirements that do not fit within my packages, I offer custom pricing options that can be tailored to their needs. This allows clients to choose the services and products that best suit their needs and budget.
Can you accommodate any special requests or themes for the photo shoot?

I believe that it’s important to work closely with my clients to understand their vision and create a unique and personalized experience for them.

Do you offer both digital and printed photos?
Yes, I offer both digital and printed photos to my clients.
We believe that it’s important to provide both options so that clients can choose the format that works best for their needs.
Digital photos can be easily shared and stored, while printed photos offer a tangible keepsake that can be displayed in the home or office.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
If you accept one the photographic packages the photo’s will be delivered as mentioned in the package deal otherwise, typically, it takes 2-4 weeks to receive the final photos after the photo shoot.
This time frame allows us to carefully edit and retouch each image to ensure that they are of the highest quality and meet your expectations.
We understand that clients are eager to see their photos, so we do our best to complete the editing process as quickly as possible.
Can we see a contract or agreement before booking?
Yes, of course! we believe that it’s important to have a clear and detailed agreement in place to ensure that both parties have a mutual understanding of the services being provided.
Before booking, we would be happy to provide you with a copy of our standard contract or agreement, which outlines the details of the photo shoot, the services being provided, and the terms and conditions of our arrangement.
This document is designed to protect both you and us, and to ensure that we are on the same page with regards to expectations and responsibilities
How do we book and secure your services?
First step is to call or email us of your interest in a package.
We will then contact you to meet and discuss your needs in detail.
Once your happy and ready to secure our services we will require a 30% deposit for security.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible and fair to both parties.
If you need to cancel the photo shoot, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you cancel within a certain time frame, usually 30 days or more prior to the photo shoot date, we will return any deposit or payments made in full.
If you cancel within a shorter time frame, such as 14 days or less, we will retain 50% of the deposit and the other 50% will be returned. Payment is to cover our expenses and lost income.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we will do our best to be accommodating in the event of a cancellation. However, I also need to protect our business and income, so it is important to have a clear cancellation policy in place.
How do you handle any issues or challenges during the photo shoot?
Each member of the crew has extensive experience handling a variety of issues and challenges during photo shoots, and we approach each situation with professionalism and creativity.
We believe that effective problem-solving is key to ensuring a successful photo shoot, and we always have contingency plans in place to ensure that we can continue capturing beautiful images even in the face of unexpected challenges.
Whether it’s inclement weather, unexpected changes in schedule, or other issues that may arise, we work closely with our clients to find a solution that meets their needs and still delivers the results they are looking for.
